- Request to S. Lipsitz – review and prioritization by Steering Committee ------ 2 weeks
- TBN person in State office ------ 1 week
- - Reprioritize based on difficulties and politics of request
- - Refine request, if needed
- - Identify agency contacts/forms to be completed
- - Give time estimate
- Investigator completes forms & TBN reviews forms and
facilitates agency contacts ------ 1 week plus Form(s) Completion
- Application (s) submitted for approval to appropriate
agencies/review group ------ 4 weeks
- ORS receives approval & pulls data ------ Depends on complexity of request
